Who we are

Consultants at Work is a small change management consultancy, but our work with clients has ranged across many different commercial and professional services firms.

We may work with an individual or with teams, a division or department or we may work with the board of Directors. At times the focus of change is such that the assignment will affect the entire organization.

Our aim is to make collaborative judgements with those who choose to work with us about what the nature of a particular assignment should be. We get to this point by listening to your account and to your colleagues who may have differing views. Our expertise and experience help us to analyse what needs to change and we review with you how best to determine the starting point.
